What happens next?
Details on what happens after we have received your booking form.
- Following receipt of the booking form and remittance which must be received within the option period, we will forward a confirmation invoice to you, or your travel agent, detailing the costs of your holiday. Should you subsequently cancel your cruising holiday our standard cancellation charges will apply. Approximately 56 days prior to departure date, advance general cruise information and the shore excursion programme will be forwarded to you.
- Final balance payments including any other optional extras such as port parking or coaching must be received by us no later than 56 days prior to departure date.
- Once full payment has been received, travel documents comprising tickets, embarkation details, general cruise information and baggage labels will be sent approximately 14 days prior to departure date.
