Travel insurance
It is a condition of booking a cruise holiday with us that you have taken out appropriate travel insurance cover. We are pleased to offer a fully comprehensive travel insurance policy arranged by Gold Cover Insurance Services and underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc. This policy has been specially chosen to give you peace of mind about coping with unforeseen events that could occur either before or during your holiday.
Your attention is drawn to item 2 of the booking conditions covering the cancellation penalties and therefore it is advisable that insurance cover is taken out at the time of booking to cover any potential charges.
This insurance policy is available only to UK residents domiciled in the UK aged under 85 years at the date of taking out the insurance and can only be applied to round trips commencing in and returning to the United Kingdom within the duration of the insurance cover and is valid from the date of booking.
Bookings made after 31st December 2008 will be subject to revised insurance premiums. These will be advised to you at the time of booking.

Conditions
- Ages 70-84 yrs, maximum trip duration of 45 days.
- No cover available for adults of age 85 years and over.
- Ages apply at date policy is issued (except for children under 3).
- You must declare any pre-existing medical conditions including any symptoms which are awaiting or receiving treatment or investigation. More information is provided in your policy document.

Supplementary charges for cancellation or curtailment cover
In the case that the cost of your holiday exceeds the £5000 cover limit, please call us for a quotation or seek alternative insurance cover.
All premiums include 17.5% Insurance Premium Tax. Children under 3 years at time of travel are insured free of charge when travelling with an insured adult. Children 3-18 years are charged at 50% of above rates and do not have to travel with an insured adult.
Full information including excess amounts will be sent with your policy. If for any reason the terms and conditions of insurance do not meet your requirements in the expected cover and protection afforded, then simply return the documents within 14 days for a full refund. This is provided that travel has not commenced and no claim has occurred.
