Over recent years the exquisite Marco Polo has built up a strong following and reputation on the British market and Transocean Tours, which also operates the beautifully appointed Astor and Astoria sister ships, continue the fine tradition of destination cruising.

Having joined the Transocean fleet in Spring 2008 with an enviable pedigree, Marco Polo offers cruises of distinction to the discerning traveller. Within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the emphasis is very much on attentive service, customer satisfaction and relaxation.

During the winter 2008-09 season Marco Polo, with her ice strengthened hull, will be sailing to Antarctica and flying the Transocean flag around the South American continent for a series of splendid expedition-style cruises.

Marco Polo’s home port for summer 2009 will be the London Cruise Terminal in Tilbury and her cruise programme includes a varied selection of excellent value sailings to Fjordland, the North Cape, the Baltic Cities & St Petersburg, Iceland and Northern Isles and, closer to home, our ever popular Round Britain & Emerald Isle cruises. Durations range from just 6 to 12 nights plus there is a wonderful 32 night autumn cruise to the West Indies.
